Dirk Gently must use all of his brain cells to solve the dilemma: If a mythological god is walking amongst us, whose rules does he live by?
Critique
Douglas Adams has a unique, offbeat sense of humor that pervades all that he writes. The Dirk Gently books may be more complex than the Hitchhiker series, but they contain the same bizarrely funny plot twists that make the reader want more. Recommended reading.
