Summary
Phoebe, Nance, and Ness continue to experience their share of hardships and heartaches but also much happiness as they work together on their flower farm in California. When they find out that their friend, Beryl, is in trouble in Alaska, they work together to bring her back home to California.
Critique
The last in the planned trilogy featuring these wonderful, well-developed characters who face very realistic situations. The reader may need a tissue or two by the story's end. This novel can be read on its own, but the reader will enjoy it even more if the two earlier books in the trilogy have been read. Highly recommend.
