Summary
Orchids don't seem like a very exciting subject, but they actually are quite a dangerous hobby! Between the thievery, the obsessiveness, and the expense, it's hard to believe that anyone would be willing to grow orchids for pleasure.
Critique
A nice blend of current (legal and illegal) events in the world of orchid aficionados, along with the historical information make for a well-balanced book. The people involved and the events that take place seem fictional, but this is truly nonfiction. Highly recommend.
