Summary
Marilyn Grimes, a probably perimenopausal 40-something wife and mother, really loves her job working part-time at a craft store. Now that all three of her children are in college and beyond, however, Marilyn is forced to reevaluate her happiness, goals, and most specifically her marriage and husband of 25 years. She doesn't like what she sees.
Critique
Highly entertaining and laugh-out-loud funny. With well-developed characters and believable relationships, McMillan delivers yet another winning rally cry in women's fiction. Highly recommend.
