Summary
Ellis Brooks is a young writer who is awarded a retreat to the Bosco estate, an artists' sanctuary in upstate New York. A daughter of a medium, Ellis goes in order to research Corinth, a psychic who was hired in the 1880s to contact the spirits of the estate owners' children. Once there, however, Ellis's own psychic abilities are tapped by the restless spirits who want the stories of their mysterious deaths told.
Critique
Fast pacing and lots of twists and turns keep you guessing in this well-written suspense novel. A great blend of the supernatural, mystery and romance. Highly recommended reading.
