Summary
Twenty-two short stories, which are a mix of old and new (many written in the 1940s and 50s), but some as recent as 2003-2004, that are varied and mostly realistic, with a touch of magic here and there.
Critique
Some of these stories are ordinary, some are fantastic. In `The House` (1947), a young well-to-do woman is dismayed at first by her husband's choice of a home, but a friend helps her view things differently. A story from 2003-2004, `Hail to the Chief,` has the U.S. President having to win back the country in a card game with American Indians. Great Bradbury stories - quirky, odd, and they make you think.
