Special Agent Kathryn Dance, an interrogator and kinesics expert for the California Bureau of Investigation must rely on all of her skills and special training to track down an escaped psychopathic killer, known as the `Son of Manson.`
Critique
This is a stand-alone thriller and not part of the author's series featuring Lincoln Rhyme, although Dance was a secondary character in Cold Moon. Intense with many twists and turns in the plot with an unexpected ending. The author includes interesting information on the science of kinesics, the study of body movements, gestures, and facial expressions as a means of communicating. Highly recommend.
