Summary
Theodora is in her nineties and longs for the old-fashioned Christmases of her youth. She is surrounded by her bickering family, who are definitely not in the Christmas spirit. Help comes to Theodora in the ghostly form of her grandmother's deceased housekeeper. When Pearl was alive, she knew just how to set things right. Now that she's a ghost, she brings the true meaning of Christmas to Theodora's family.
Critique
A heartwarming Christmas story in which an elderly grandmother and a ghost help a younger woman find her own strength. Highly recommend.
