Summary
Lieutenant Eve Dallas and her partner, Detective Peabody, investigate the death of business tycoon Thomas Anders who is murdered in his home apparently while having deviant sex with his killer. Eve's gut instinct points to the wife as the probable killer, but how can she prove it when the wife has a solid alibi?
Critique
This is the 26th book featuring Eve Dallas and another excellent addition to the series! Fast-paced and intense. Although Eve and the reader know the murderer from the beginning of the book, the author still builds suspense and adds some interesting twists and turns to the plot as Eve slowly but expertly builds her case. Highly recommend.
