Summary
While investigating the early morning murder of Federal Reserve Bank executive Mark Ludlow in front of his Westlake home, Cleveland Police forensic scientist Theresa MacLean learns that someone has just robbed the bank and taken hostages.

Exciting, fast-paced police procedural. More action than forensic procedures. Although listed as Lisa Black's first novel, the author also writes under the name Elizabeth Becka.
