Summary
After newscaster Britt Shelley wakes up next to the body of police detective Jay Burgess without any memory of the night before, she realized that she had been drugged. The only person who believes her story is Jay's childhood friend Raley Gannon, a firefighter who had the same thing happen to him five years earlier. Together Britt and Raley attempt to learn the truth behind a deadly police fire and why someone has tried to set each of them up for murder.

Sandra Brown is a storyteller! This is a great fast-paced and engaging story with characters you'll care about. Highly recommend.
