Summary
Lily Kessler's dead fiance's actress sister, Kitty Hayden, has disappeared. Mrs. Croggan, Lily's once future mother-in-law, asks for Lily's help in locating her daughter. Lily travels to Los Angeles and soon learns that Kitty has been murdered, her body dumped in front of the infamous Hollywood sign. Against the advice of local police, Lily becomes dangerously involved in the investigation of Kitty's murder and the murders of other promising actresses.
