Summary
Hazel Marie is pregnant, and J.D. Pickens has left town not realizing he's about to become a father. Sam is writing a history of Abbott County uncovering long-buried secrets. A robbery of research at Sam's house brings J.D. back to the area to lead the investigation. Miss Julia works her magic to reunite Hazel Marie and J.D.

A happily-ever-after story. All of the familiar, lovable characters are back again in the 10th entry in the Miss Julia series. Recommend.
