Summary
After a bad fall from her horse, Jane Mansfield, a gentleman's daughter from 19th-century Regency England, wakes up in 2009 in the body of Courtney Stone, a thirty-something single gal who lives a complicated, modern life in Los Angeles. Jane feels at home surrounded by Courtney's Jane Austen novels but can't manage cell phones, horseless carriages (cars), and iPods, not to mention Courtney's confusing love life.

Critique
This humorous and light romantic comedy is the companion, parallel story to Rigler's Confessions of a Jane Austen Addict, but is a delightful and quick read whether or not you've read the first. Highly recommend.
