Summary
Emily Beauregard and her younger brother and sisters escape from their mean, domineering uncle's house to hunt for their long-lost family's treasure. The clues lead them to the small town of Colyton. As Emily continues the search, she faces many obstacles including the unwanted attentions of her new boss, Jonas Tallent.

Critique
This is supposedly the 17th Cynster novel, but the family plays a very little part in this story. Several explicit love scenes. Jonas is a debonair and handsome hero, while Emily is a sassy, strong-willed heroine. A fun read with a happy ending for all. Recommend.
