Summary
Nurse Marion Seeley finds work at a Phoenix medical clinic after her husband, a disgraced doctor, has left her to find work in Mexico. Megan Abbott delivers another spellbinding 1930s crime novel. Lyrical writing and fascinating characters. This book was inspired by the crimes of `the trunk murderess,` Winnie Ruth Judd. Recommend for fans of the genre.
