Summary
A mysterious and solitary man, David Loogan accepts a job as an editor for a college town mystery magazine called Gray Streets and becomes friends with publisher Tom Kristoll. When Tom asks for David's help burying the body of a home intruder he accidently killed, David views it as just another one of Tom's `mystery stories` and ends up in a complicated mess of crimes where it's hard to separate fact from fiction.
Critique
This is a witty and very sophisticated work of noir fiction. Read and enjoy all the twists and turns. Just when you think you know what's going on, Dolan adds another twist. Highly recommend.
