Summary
In order to save her mom, Clary sneaks into Idris, the Shadowhunter's secret and forbidden country. In the capital, the City of Glass, Clary discovers Simon is in prison, and Jace is distant and angry. As the tension between the pair increases, Clary finds a new ally in the mysterious Sebastian. Valentine is now powerful enough to destroy the City of Glass, the Downworlders and the Shadowhunters who oppose him. It soon becomes clear that the only chance to save everything is to join forces with the enemy and fight him together.

This amazing conclusion to the Mortal Instrument series is emotionally charged and action-packed. City of Glass is full of heated battles, heartbreaking betrayals, love, loss, and hope. All loose ends are tied up and secrets are revealed in this satisfying series conclusion. Highly recommend
