Summary
War crimes investigator Harold Middleton is featured in two serial novellas. In The Chopin Manuscript, Harold learns of an unknown Chopin study that includes a secret code that has world-wide implications. In The Copper Bracelet, Harold becomes involved in a plot that could send India and Pakistan to the brink of nuclear war.

Critique
Jeffrey Deaver conceived the character and set the plot in motion with guest authors each writing a chapter. Then Deaver wrapped up the stories.
Two entertaining, fast-paced stories that take on a life of their own as each author tweaks the plot. Highly recommend.
