Summary
After abandoning Detective Gambino at the altar, Cece Caruso, biographer of mystery writers, throws herself into her latest work on writer and director Alfred Hitchcock. When Cece accidentally comes home with a strangerís cell phone, she also has acquired a whole slew of problems. Someone is pretending to be Cece Caruso, and now she is faced with a murder charge. Not to fear, Cece is on her own case.
Critique
This is the fifth installment in a smart and action-packed mystery series that gets better (and features insights into the life of a different mystery author) with each book. Ceceís unique occupation and vintage fashion obsession make these mysteries original and fabulous. With plenty of humor and a little romance, this is a highly recommended series.
