Summary
Lennie Walker has always walked (willingly) in the shadow of her radiant older sister Bailey. When Bailey suddenly dies, Lennie is forced to figure out how to live without her sister. To complicate matters, this self-proclaimed band geek suddenly finds herself struggling to cope with a new-found romance. This is a story of loss, grief, love, music, poetry, hope, and healing.
Critique
A touching examination of forgiveness, loss, and grief. These themes are thoroughly explored, but humor, quirky characters, and exciting romance prevent this book from being depressing. The Sky is Everywhere is a celebration of love and life. Highly recommend.
