Summary
Arthur barely has time to enjoy his victory over Mr. Monday and the Lower House, when Grim Tuesday decides to collect all of Mondayís past due accounts, accounts that are now Arthurís responsibility. Tuesday has threatened Arthurís parents and the entire world economy with financial ruin. The only chance of stopping Tuesday is for Arthur to once again venture into the House and retrieve the Second Key. While he is there he must also free the second part of the Will, a cranky and uncooperative bear, and take control of the Far Reaches.
Critique
New characters, new villains, and an increased sense of urgency keep this second installment in the series exciting. The plot formula established in the first book continues in the second and Arthur, though brave, has yet to truly accept his role in the House. Five more days, five more keys, and five more adventures are yet to come.
