Summary
After their mother died, Sadie Kane went to live with their grandparents while Carter Kane traveled the world with their archaeologist father. The Kanes were practically strangers the night their father took them to the British Museum to “set things right.” Unfortunately, he unleashes the Egyptian god Set who plans to let chaos rule the world. Now the Kanes must work together to learn the secrets of their family and stop Set before it is too late.
Critique
Fans of Percy Jackson and the Olympians will not be disappointed with this new action-packed series. Magic, mystery, danger, and typical Riordan humor abound. Highly recommend.
