Summary
As Claire enjoys her perfect sweet sixteen pool party she is blissfully unaware of the changes that are coming. That night she learns that she comes from a long line of werewolves. As she struggles to cope with the physical changes and what they mean about her identity, the pack is threatened by a rogue wolf whose attacks on humans put them all in danger. Leading the hunt against the werewolves is Claire’s boyfriend’s father. Her wolf part cannot afford to remain close to Matthew, but her human heart refuses to give him up without a fight.
Critique
A unique perspective on werewolves, a hint of mystery, and a sweet romance all in one book. This is a good clean read for teens of all ages. Recommend.
