Summary
Sports agent and part-time private investigator Myron Bolitar is called in to help when golfer Jack Coldren's son is apparently kidnapped. Playing in the U.S. Open after a 20-year absence, Jack can't choke and lose the title like he did the last time.
Complicating the situation is the fact that the Coldrens are friends of Myron's partner, Win, and that no one, including Win, will tell him the truth about anything.

Critique
Reprint of a 1997 book. This is the 4th book in the series. A quick, entertaining mystery. Lots of smart dialogue and funny retorts make Myron a likable character.
