Summary
Set in a not-so-distant future, two factions are playing a dangerous and deadly game with nanotechnology and humanity's free will. On one side is a group funded by the Armstrong Twins. They are attempting to use nanotechnology to manipulate world leaders into forming a world united, with one way of thinking. On the other side is a group of teenaged hackers using new biological nanotechnology. They call themselves BZRK. They have one goal: preventing the destruction of free will.
Critique
This complex and multi-layered story is exactly what fans of Michael Grant have come to expect. It is dark, violent, and at times gruesome. BZRK is a promising and thrilling start to a new series. This is hard science fiction at its best. Highly recommend.
