Summary
After learning that she is the Ruby, or the final member of a secret society of time travelers, Gwen Shepard's life got very strange. Now she and that cute guy she likes are teamed up to travel. Their mission is to search through time and find the other travelers-and ask for their blood. Along the way they learn that, like it or not, they are bound by a mysterious prophecy.

Critique
The middle book in the trilogy, Sapphire Blue answers a few questions left from book one, but introduces even more plot twists! A new demon gargoyle companion for Gwen offers comic relief while the young heroine tries to juggle the stress and danger of both time travel and first love. A fun sequel that will leave readers anxious for more. Highly Recommend.
