Summary
It's 1962 when Jackie Hart and her family move to Naples, Florida from Boston. With the local librarian's help, she organizes the Collier County Women's Literary Society. The reading club (salon) attracts misfits in the community: a divorcee, a convicted murderer, a gay man, and a black woman. They meet each week to discuss books and everything else. Jackie also becomes the anonymous voice Miss Dreamsville on late night radio.
