Summary
Chast writes of her aging parents and their lives and the struggles she has with trying to care for them and get them to make decisions about their later years.
Critique
This graphic novel is both touching and hilarious and it definitely strikes a nerve with baby boomers who are taking care of their elderly parents. The drawings perfectly capture Chast's unusual upbringing as an only child with brilliant and eccentric parents in Brooklyn, New York.
