Summary
Danielle Abrams, a researcher at Christie’s auction house, is thrilled to be put in charge of a small collection of newly discovered American Abstract Expressionist paintings. Things get more exciting when she discovers a set of four paintings taped to the back of these possible master works. Believing that the hidden pieces were created by her great aunt Alizée Benoit, a compatriot of Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko and Lee Krasner and who disappeared in 1940, Danielle sets to find out more about her mysterious aunt.
