Summary
When his young daughter is kidnapped from her exclusive boarding school in Geneva, Switzerland, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia reaches out to Gabiel Allon, Israel's intelligence chief and Daniel Silva's indefatigable super hero. What commences as a search-and-rescue mission will ultimately unravel, leaving Allon and his team to face a complex plot which threatens to erode the hopes for democracy in the Middle East.
Critique
Simultaneously entertaining and thought-provoking, Silva moves his characters around the globe with the acuity of a world chess champion and the savoir-faire of a 747 senior captain. Highly recommend.
